| 1:42.0 | I've been thinking about all of the stimuli of our lives, all of the sensory information that we consume from billboards to news on the radio, |
| 1:51.0 | to stories our family members share with us after a busy day. |
| 1:54.0 | If we don't take time to digest or process all of that stimuli, it starts to pile up, and we seek more ways to numb ourselves out or just to zone out from it all. |
| 2:06.0 | I remember a trip I took some years ago, walking on the beach with my friend, with whom I usually have wonderfully rich and transformative conversations. |
| 2:16.0 | We were talking about how we make peace with things, and this phrase make peace stop to center tracks. |
