for you. We will go and, as we always do have some wire taps. Those guys you picked up off

the waiver wire that you may or may not be starting this week. Also have Adam Rank's starts in sits as we always do, plus a preview of the TNF game and NFC East matchup between the Giants and the Eagles. And, you know, weirdly enough, there's still two teams that are in the playoff race because that's just how the NFC East is. We got that and plenty more

I'm a very

like routine based person

so obviously before we record the show

and we have a lot of stuff going on here.

I do the same breakfast.

Egg whites, banana.

Unfortunately, the banana was too brown.

I don't like the organic brown bananas at the throw them out because it gets mushy and I'm actually allergic to bananas.

And weirdly the more brown it is, the more it hurts my mouth.

So I have to toss them just a waste of money.

The shelf life is way too short with these bananas.

Yeah, that's the problem with bananas, is that they have zero shelf life.
