Always appreciate you tuning in. Lots of information packed into these Friday shows. We're going to discuss the latest injuries. We're going to go over my favorite start and my favorite sit for this week. And then you know it. We're going to open up the mailbag. I'm going to answer as many of your questions as I can heading into week five here.

And big thanks to everybody for sending questions every week. I mean, there's so many that come in. I so many to choose from. I wish I could answer them all. night's game. I want to start off there because the Rams get the win. I mean, for the most part,

things went as projected. Really the biggest takeaway for me, Robert Woods finally coming through.

I kept saying it was going to happen. I think on Wednesday's show, I talked about

how I'm 100% confident that Robert Woods was going to have a big game at some point here and get

things turned around based on the usage, based on the offense. Guess what? He did 12 catches,

150 yards, had 14 targets in the game. It was clear. And Sean McVeigh talked about this during the

week that he was kind of going to go out of his way. They needed to get Woods going. Clearly,

he schemeed him up in that game kind of the way that he schemes up Cooper Cup. So that was great to

see. I don't think they're all going to be 12 catch performances, but plenty of nice days ahead for Woods in that offense.

He's going to remain a wide receiver two in fantasy moving forward.

His teammate, Darrell Henderson, making a pretty strong case here to be an RB1 for fantasy.

I mean, just dominating snaps.

When he's been healthy, he has really just been a workhorse in that offense. And last night, it was the case. You might look at the box score at the end and say, well, Sonny Michelle got a lot of work. But what actually happened was Henderson got banged up on one drive. Michelle came in and basically just crushed it on that drive. And that's where he got most of his touches. But overall, Henderson ended the day,

18 touches, 99 yards, and a touchdown in that game. There's a reason why he was my RB7 on

the week. I'm glad he came through with that really nice stat line there. On the Seahawks side,

and I'm really, I know I'm bearing the lead. We'll get to Russ in a second. But a D.K. Metcalf
