Welcome to a good football shows week three recap podcast going to be going through all

of the games here adding that additional context beyond the box score talking to everyone

from the NBC sports edge team who covered the games for us in just a minute before we do

right off the top here I did want to say that the fantasy football community lost someone

very special this week Mike Tagley air passed away and want to offer our deepest condolences

from everyone here just a terrible tragedy and let our listeners know that there is information

you know how you can help they've set up an account there and I did just want to let everyone know

about that and just say how how terrible this is and what a tragedy it is that that Mike passed away

too soon and and he was a very special person to so many people in the community left a huge impact

so with that let's go ahead and get into the games from week three of the NFL season the

Cardinals defeated the Jaguars 31 to 19 Chris Allen I believe that the Jaguars were ahead in this

game at one point not what we expected what was what was it like watching this game it was actually

kind of bizarre watching this game live and trying to figure out what was happening because the

I would say for the most part most of the early games that first half was just ugly and Arizona Jackson

Bill was absolutely no different we thought with this game like coming into this game both of those

teams fairly well above like league average in terms of neutral pace so we're expecting a tons of

plays passing yards so on and so forth 13 to seven at the end of the at the end of the first half

we weren't really seeing much from color Murray minus like the one yard like short touchdown that

heat that he ran in so I was expecting or that was somewhat concerned for that entire game

environment when if you look at the cardinal side it was Max Williams was leading the team in terms

of targets or at least tied for the lead for the lead and we're not really and both offenses were
