What is up?

0:16.3

Welcome to another edition of the NFL fantasy football show presented by Draft Kings.

0:20.6

It's me, you man, M.G. Marcus Grant, masking and social distancing, when and where appropriate,

0:25.1

and we have made it through three Sundays of the season.

0:29.0

And it was sort of wild on Sunday.

0:30.9

I know I say that every week, but it feels like that way every week.

0:33.6

Injuries kind of crept in, yet again.

0:35.2

We had some big performances out of nowhere.

0:37.6

We had some flops where maybe we didn't expect them. So we'll get into plenty of that. We'll, of course, hit some of your waiver wire potential ads for this week. We'll look at some guys that maybe need to go to the waiver wire themselves. And we will take a look at the Monday night football game between the Ravens and the Chiefs. But before we do all of that, as we always do, we talk to our faithful producer, senior, Edward L. Murphy Esquire. Murph, I guess all I have to ask you about is that the Yankees, right? I mean, the playoffs start this week, so there's that. Right. Yeah, it's so weird that football didn't happen this Sunday. I just didn't know that it was any NFL going on. I saw college Saturday. But yeah, so rough weekend. I will say kudos to your good. I'm not just saying this because you being a friend and the host of this show, but you're a 49ers man. I mean, talk about digging deep with all your backups in and just really how good of a coach Shanahan is and to just to beat up. I mean, if the stars were in,

1:28.7

I mean, that score is going to be 70 to nothing. I mean, it's insane. So really, I mean,

1:33.7

you like to see that a team that has, like, fight and really willing their way to a victory

1:38.6

with, like, literally second string, third string guys in there. So that was just a pure beat down.

1:44.0

And that was as bad as it gets, really.

1:47.0

Yeah, it was a rough day for the Giants. I really thought they were going to put up more of a fight than that,

1:51.6

you know, especially with the Niners having so many injuries. So that was definitely surprising.

1:56.0

But you're right, Kyle Shanahan has done a pretty great job through three weeks, sort of just navigating all of this stuff. I will tell you that I'm sure they are thrilled to be leaving the New York metropolitan area between the injuries. They had what I got bus mishap. They had all sorts of problems. A ton of travel. I mean, they were practicing Greenbrier in West Virginia. I mean, what a road trip that was. And they come out with two victories. I mean, I can't say enough good things about the 49ers team. Yeah. So we'll see where it goes from here. But definitely a good couple of weeks for the 49ers. All right, it is Monday, which means we are joined as always by the one and only Kimmy Checks, who had another pretty good week of prognosticating. So I'm sure we will dive into some of that. But kudos to you, Kimmy. And how are you feeling on this Monday? You know, I'm feeling good. Obviously, yesterday's games. It was fun. I got puppies over the weekends. It was very precise. The puppies got to watch Sunday football with their mom. But I'm more excited about tonight's game.

2:52.3

I think this is probably going to be, you know, the game of the season, at least for me. Obviously, I'm a Chiefs fan. So I think that. But Lamar Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, the MVP showdown. The Chiefs are on the road going into Baltimore. I think it's going to be a high scoring game. And I feel like a lot of fantasy managers kind of have this week's matchups hanging on by threads

3:10.2

because they need guys tonight to score.

3:11.9

So I'm excited to see what happens.

3:13.8

I know I've got in plenty of leagues.
