Welcome to the Athletic Football Show. I'm Robert Mays. The second half of the week 13 preview is here. We had a handful of games from this week's slate, similar to what we did yesterday.

Chad of Texans Colts, Bill Steelers, and 49ers Browns. Also talks about a few games between playoff teams and very much not playoff teams

and how some of those playoff hopefuls can avoid stepping on some rakes in what should be

easy wins in week 13. And then we had to. We had to talk a little Sam Darnold playing against

the Minnesota Vikings, even if Derek is trying to institute the Minnesota Vikings chat

embargo. That's what we hit today. Me, Derek Klasen, Dave Hellman. Let's get to it right now.

Getting to the rest of the week 13 slate, we're going to hit on three games today, plus a smaller

collection of games that has a thematic through line that we'll touch on. But let's start

with a pretty big game in the AFC South as the Houston Texans start to get designs about

whether or not they can close the gap here and potentially give

the Colts a scare in the division race.

Like we did yesterday's show, we're going to hit just one thing we're looking for on both

sides of the ball in these games.

So kind of mini previews of these games compared to what we would do in a typical preview

show.

Let's start with the Texans offense against the Colts defense.

What are you looking for when the Texans offense has the ball in this one?

With all due respect to Davis Mills, I'm looking for number seven to be out there.

I hope C.J. Stroud can play in this game. We're recording this on Wednesday, so

it's early in the game week to know it, you know, he's in concussion protocol. So it's not as if this is an

injury you can monitor over the course of a practice week. We're just going to have to wait and see. But
