I want to apologize a little bit for yesterday, missing the pod.

We've had a bout of ironic sickness going on between the Browns film breakdown staff.

I got a flu shot and have felt pretty awful.

So, you know, every now and again, you get the flu shot and then you, you know, it just

your body takes to it like the actual thing even

though you know it's supposed to give you a little dose and get your ability or your immunity

up for it but sometimes it takes and i think it took to an extent i felt awful yesterday ended

today and then started to get better around lunchtime but we're good we're back things good andrews

got something going on he's

sick so andrews out but i woke him in john coltimos who's he had his arm rolling getting ready

like a relief pitcher to come out of the bullpen and get this thing moving we'll call him our

regular season ammanuel class a in this scenario not not the postseason version. So, John,

what's up, buddy? How are you?

You know, we're dealing with that hand-foot mouth with my daughter since Saturday. So we're,

even though we're ready to roll for this as a nice little break for me. It's been running on fumes since Saturday
