I'm good as good can be for early November and a Monday evening.

So, you know, we're hanging in.

It's nice.

I don't have to do a film review this week, which is a benefit to my cognitive function. So yeah, we will, on the website, as far as that goes, we will get up some performance reviews of the first half of the year this, this week and then start maybe looking ahead at the Saints and how the Browns come out of that. I know the, I know Kevin Sampinski talked today to the media for a minute there, and you're going to enlighten us on a little bit of that but but yeah we'll look forward and

continue to press the thumb down on what we think is important about this team and what

they're doing and how they're developing and some of those conversations will come up today but

yeah yeah like i know that for now it's plug forward, continue to see what this team brings us.

But, you know, Andrew, I'm okay, man, a little slow on the content on a Monday coming out of a crazy weekend doctor's appointments and stuff like that that I had pushed off until the biweek Monday to get some of that stuff done.

A dentist appointment next week, you know, try to get it all packed together

at one, one quick window here, you know what I mean?

Right, yeah.

Get an oil change in there, maybe, you know, get the tires rotated, you know, whatever,

whatever needs to, whatever's on the calendar.
