First we're going to begin with the

wildfires in the West, fueled by lightning, wind, and dry conditions. Ginger is tracking

a very late at its force. Good morning, Ginger. You know, Michael, we've been talking for days about the

dry thunderstorms, the type where the rain doesn't make it to the ground, but the lightning does.

Now, there are more than dozens of the wildfires burning across the west,

but when we talk about lightning starting fires, more than two dozen of them have started in

northern California just that way in just the past two days.
