1:12.5	Biden set an environmental protection agency rule. Cities need to replace all lead pipes
1:18.3	within the next 10 years. This ruling comes a decade after the Flint, Michigan water crisis,
1:25.1	which originally opened up everyone's eyes to the dangers
1:28.6	of lead in our tap water. There are currently 9 million lead pipes still in use. Lead lowers IQ
1:36.7	scores and kids, stunts their development, and increases blood pressure in adults. The EPA estimates
