The wackiest person in American politics has to be Representative George Santos from New York.

The Long Island representative might be the lyingest politician that we've ever had. Is lyingest a word? I don't know. But if Santos can make

up a whole life, I can make up a word. And if you weren't keeping track, Representative Santos

lied about the school he went to, lied about playing volleyball

on college, ran a fake charity for dogs, and so much more. And in May, he was indicted on 23 counts

for lying to Congress, embezzling money, and campaign fraud. Then yesterday, new indictments

were filed on top of those against George Santos, this time for literally stealing money from his campaign contributors.

Get this.

According to the indictment, the Republican representative would steal the identities of people who donated to his campaign and then use their credit cards for thousands of dollars.

The paperwork states that he took over $44,000, including $12,000 from just one single person.
