it is now legal to have a little bit of pot in Ferndale. We'll bring you the latest

chief and political pit bull Mike Duggan who campaigned as the candidate most capable

of leading Detroit back from the brink of financial collapse defeated Wayne County

Sheriff Benning Napoleon in the race for Detroit mayor in an election that also saw great

change on city council. Duggan ended up winning with 55% of the vote compared to 45% for

Napoleon. Speaking to his supporters, Duggan says it has been an amazing year. He congratulated

rival Benning Napoleon for running a strong race that tightened toward the end for his life

of commitment to the city of Detroit. Duggan said when I started on this campaign, I wasn't

under any illusion about the racial division in the country. And I said from the beginning,
