That's me. A real quick look at all the headlines in and out, 10 minutes. You're all caught up,

and it starts right now. And we always start with the top story. Once again, President

department called the Department of Government Efficiency. And it was announced that Elon Musk and

former presidential candidate Vivek Ramoswamy will lead that. According to a statement,

it will quote, dismantle government bureaucracy slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures,

and restructure federal agencies. Also, we found out yesterday that Fox News host Pete

Hegeseth will serve as Trump's Secretary of Defense. This news is coming fast.

All right, okay.

On to sports, the 2024 NBA Cup got started yesterday.

It's the league's in-season tournament.

This is only the second year for the Lakers won it last year.

It seems like they've made some tweaks to it this year, so it's a bit different.

The tournament will last until mid-December with the semifinals and finals taking place in Vegas. The championship

game will be played December 17th. Earlier in the week, it was assumed and now it's official

Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, is out for the rest of the season. He is set to undergo hamstring surgery today.
