Today is one of those days where all the headlines kind of just speak for themselves, so here's

what you need to know to be up to date.

Remember two weeks ago when people were annoyed because Biden announced that he was keeping

the refugee count at the same level as Trump at just 15,000 people?

Well, Biden announced yesterday that the administration will reverse that decision and allow as

many as 62,500 people to enter the United States during the next six months.

A little unclear why they can't just round up to 63,000 or like 65,000, but I do love

a man who can admit when he's wrong.

Most of yesterday, Biden announced a new vaccination goal to inoculate 70% of Americans

with their first dose by July 4th.

Meanwhile, the FDA is set to approve Pfizer for children ages 12 to 15 next week, and

the company plans to seek approval for ages 2 to 11 in September.

Once the safety and efficacy study for those ages is complete.

And you bet Pfizer wants to get those sweet, sweet approvals considering they reported $3.5

billion in first quarter sales from the vaccine.

The company did not disclose the profits that derived from the vaccine directly, but

they implied that the margin is in a high 20% range and accounts for nearly a quarter
