But we're talking about heat that broke all-time May records, meaning in Philadelphia,

never in the 150 years or so of records

have we hit 98 degrees in the month of May.

Also, Manchester, New Hampshire was 97.

That was their tie for hottest May temperature, and the beaches were full.
