We always start with the top story yesterday President Biden signed in executive order that titans the US-Mexico border.

This has been one of the biggest issues with the most pressure from the

other side of the aisle that he's been faced with so far in his presidency. The new order

temporarily shuts down asylum requests once the daily number of encounters

reaches 2,500.

So a temporary border closure, that's what we're looking at.

Also, migrants who don't meet the requirement of having a quote,

credible fear when applying for asylum will not be allowed in. These new rules went into

effect immediately.
