New Mexico overnight. Ginger is tracking this and Ginger, the water rose so quickly there.

Yeah, the flood watch was put into

effect specifically for ruidoso yesterday 15 hours before we know this town has had major

problems since they had a big wildfire and have a major burn scar scenes like this were inevitable

this morning a state of emergency in New Mexico after deadly flash floods careened through the vacation town of Rui Doso Tuesday afternoon, killing at least three.
