A sentencing date has been set as his attorneys make the case for leniency.

Chief investigative correspondent, Aaron Kuterski, is here. With more, Aaron, you've been at the courthouse for a very long time. It's great to see you in studio now. Great to see you guys here. And for Sean Combs, he's going to be sentenced this fall after he was convicted of two counts of prostitution-related charges that together carry a maximum prison term of 20 years. Now, he's unlikely to get that much,

but federal prosecutors are expected to ask for at least five years. Combs will receive credit

for time served, so that subtracts about a year from whatever the ultimate sentence is. His acquittal

on sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges took away the possibility of life in prison.

Combs is preparing to ask for leniency.
