Well, good morning. It's 617 here on Dave and Chuck the freak on this Wednesday, the 8th

day of December. I feel like this week has already been 17 days long. Yeah. It is pretty

bad. I feel long too. No joke like I woke up this morning. I'm like, it's got to be Friday,

right? Oh no. Come on. Honestly, I feel like I've worked already like at least five days.

Last week felt like that too. I thought. Yeah. Well, I guess maybe after the short

Thanksgiving week, you get used to just working three days. And it seems good. I like it too.

It's enjoyable. But yeah, so it's what it used to at home. That's better than Monday or Tuesday.

It's still a tenth of an inch of snow fell. Last night by me. Well, that stopped everything.

Well, it was snow by me too. Was it really? Yeah. And then drive here. It's like nothing.

Okay. Yeah. I had nothing. So I'll depends on where you are. I guess they keep warning us about,

you know, shortages and everything due to the pandemic and everything's stuck on a boat somewhere.

That's what I'll be keep hearing. This one's a weird one. It's a cream cheese shortage.

Oh, yeah. I heard about this. Bagel people in New York are freaking out. Freaking out,

least. Yeah. Breakfast. Not going to be the same for folks on the East Coast or dealing with

a real dry spell when it comes to cream cheese. Bagel stores and diners around the big apple just

can't get enough cream cheese to keep up with the man. Some having to cross into New Jersey

just to get their car. Oh, you got across state lines. So that could have fucked the cheesecake

industry. Oh, absolutely. That's terrible. It's really a tragic thing. Yeah. Why is it happening?

Well, the usual supply chain issues, but they say more people are eating breakfast at home.

Cream cheese usage has gone through the roof. Weird. Oh, and it's also a big ingredient in desserts.
