Brand new chapter today in our study of the life of Abraham.

We're in chapter 20, Genesis chapter 20.

But just before I jump into today's lesson, wanted to give a shout out to all my good friends

in New Zealand, Christ Church, New Zealand, the South Island Baptist Church, and just want to

thank them for the incredible time I had at their church in New Zealand recently, and then they came over

to Australia to the True North Summit conference at which I preached, and wow, what a group.

These are many of them, just brand new Christians, and Ethan Bale is the leader of that group,

doing a great job.

So guys, girls, thank you for your friendship and for just encouraging me when I was down

under and then they're in New Zealand.

Look forward to seeing it again next year.

and verse number one where the Bible says, and Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south

country. So we're in this season of Abraham's life where Abraham has this promise from God. He's about
