We're in Genesis 19, and I was about to say that these are tough chapters.

These are tough chapters as we look at the degradation of sin, the downward spiral that

lot has been in.

And here he is in verse 23, where he has bargained with the Lord to go to Zohar, a little city, an insignificant city, not obeying the Lord and running to the mountain. And the Bible says the sun was

risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zohar. So remember all night long, he's been dealing

with that situation in Sodom. He's been delaying, lingering there. Finally, the angels had to take him by the hand in his family and lead him out.
