it's 16 on a Wednesday morning. It's the fifth day of August here on David's

week. I can't believe people really do this in the summer or maybe it's just internet nonsense,

but a bunch of websites are claiming you can beat the heat and get to sleep faster by putting

your sheets in the freezer for 30 minutes before bed. I mean, freezer sheets. Freeze the sheets.

Wouldn't it just like instantly get warm though? Have you seen that little there's a bed air

conditioner? I seen that. It's like goes on the foot of the bed and it just blows up like just one

side. Like you can you can. Oh really? I know. I saw. So like Amber could it be normal and I could

like ask myself you put like something like a bean bag like a long bean bag. It looks like they

sit in sectioned up. Is it loud? I remember us watching a video in there or something, but like

I just it always seems like an impossible technology. Yeah. Cool in the bed. Yeah. Yes.

A lot of people though they like even if it is loud, a lot of people sleep like my son sleeps

with a fan full blast all the time. He needs a noise. Yeah. There's a lot of people that love the

white noise. Yeah. I have that. Blocks out. I can't. I need silence. I've tried it. I've tried

all sorts of different things. Man. It turns out I can do anything. I just like Amber. Yeah.

Doesn't matter. She could be sitting on top of the helicopter. Yeah.

In the recommendation. Oh, she's. She'd be sent to bed. Yeah. The one thing I don't like is

like the TV on. I hate the TV on. I can't do the TV on because I will engage with the TV. Yeah.

Plus the lights and all that. Yeah. That's the one thing I don't like.

The entire pandemic. I swear to God. I listened to unsolved mysteries in the living room

Love me to sleep. And also could be disturbing. It was too much.
