1:13.7	The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that a 160-year-old abortion ban may be enforced.
1:20.4	The 1864 ban has no exceptions for abortion unless it's necessary to save the life of a mother,
1:46.0	meaning no exceptions for rape or incest. This law, which was written before Arizona became a state, also applies to any doctors or anyone who provides supplies or administers an abortion, and carries a prison sentence for two to five years for those providers.
1:53.2	This ban will supersede a 15-week abortion ban that was signed into law in 2022.
