The lawyers for the suspect in the mass shooting at a Colorado Springs LGBT nightclub claim

that the suspect is non-binary and uses the pronouns they, them.

In a court filing Tuesday, the suspect's public defenders specified their client's non-binary

status and used the plural pronouns throughout the document.

The suspect faces five murder charges as well as potential hate crime charges after opening

fire in Club Q.

In another tragic incident, a disgruntled Walmart employee opened fire on his colleagues in

the break room on Tuesday evening in Chesapeake, Virginia, killing six people before turning

the gun on himself.

Rail workers unions are threatening to strike again a move that could trigger a shutdown

that would cost the U.S. economy an estimated $2 billion per day.

In a statement earlier this month, the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way employees said,

House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy is calling on Department of Homeland Security Secretary

Alejandra Mayorkas to resign or face congressional investigations over his mishandling of the

border crisis.

McCarthy made the threat on Tuesday from El Paso, one of the city's most directly impacted
