Hello all you lovely people, Kirk Hamilton here to introduce another classic episode that

I am bumping up in the feed.

This time it's won from a couple of years ago that I did on an early track from a nice

Mitchell and Rachel Shavkins blockbuster Broadway show Hades Town.

This episode was really fun to make, but at the time I had not seen Hades Town, so I

focused entirely on the music.

But now, as of just a couple of weeks ago, I am happy to report that I have seen Hades

Town.

While I was in New York for a live show with my other podcast, Triple Click, a couple

of weeks back, I went with some friends to a sold out Friday night performance and man,

it was really good.

I guess that's not a surprise, but wow, Hades Town is really incredible.

I don't have a ton to add that isn't already in this episode, thanks largely to my special

guest, Lindsay Ellis, who turned up in this episode partway through.

She came on to describe the visual part of the show and to talk some about how that

all works.

But I do just want to say up top that the show Hades Town, it really is something special

live.

And I hope that some of you out there have either seen it since this episode went up

or have plans to see it.

We saw it at the Walter Curthiator in New York.

We had seats near the front of the mezzanine, I think it was in the C section.
