I'm joined by Luha from Polly Saya. Hi guys. Hi, nice to be in person. It is nice to be in person. How are you guys? How's a weekend Lou? It was so nice. It felt like she quite long. We went back to Bristol on Wednesday night and then worked from there for a few days and just having a change of scenery

I think is just good for the soul when you were working from home and then we had a lovely evening at

Galventon House on Friday night. The heat wave was intense last week

and then on Friday night we were literally woken up in the middle of the night

by the most insane thunderstorm.

Like it was crazy thunder, lightning.

I quite enjoy it though when you're inside.

There's something quite car, you have it.

So it's very weird going from being like dripping with sweat on Friday afternoon to then having a

bath on Saturday morning. We went for a roast yesterday when it was pouring with rain and

like I quite like that but it was a bit like, well, it's July.

I know, it's so strange.

But yeah, we went swimming in the rain,

which is also one of my favorite things to do.

And I had a quick weekend, we played tennis. It was lovely.

And actually on Saturday night, we were going to drive back to London

and we were going to stop off in Bath for dinner.

And I saw India Semi who runs the India Edit I put up this post about this vegan

veggie restaurant she'd gone to in Bath called Oak so I was like perfect let's go

there it was one of the best meals I have had in such a time.

Amazing.
