In Conversation... Kathryn Parsons

Georgie Coleridge Cole is joined in conversation by Kathryn Parsons MBE, founder of Decoded, a tech start-up whose mission is to promote digital literacy. The two discuss Kathryn's unlikely path to tech entrepreneurship, the penny drop moment when she realised how fundamental introductory courses to coding would be to so many businesses, and the highs and lows of life running a business. They discuss the state of the national curriculum, the importance of learning digital skills, and Kathryn shares her top tips for rising to the top in the tech world.
