Jen Lord found security, acceptance, and love within the IFB at a young age β but she realized quickly how conditional it could be.
She eventually ended up at Commonwealth Baptist College in Kentucky, where she noticed even more of the confusing demands being placed on everyone, particularly on the women.
She shares about how she learned to stop pursuing approval from others, the steps she's taken to exit the movement, and what she would say to those who find themselves in similar situations and ministries.
