So I guess let's dig in I guess to 2023 I guess goals with wealthy investor and then

goals with your guys is real estate business because we are in the real estate business guys.

That's right. We forget that, you know, we've been educating so much lately and have found

such a knack for it, like we just love it. You know, we didn't know we would like educating as much as we do. Yeah.

And we've dedicated a lot of time to it and a lot of time to the students.

So goals with wealthy investor.

Honestly, it's limitless.

We're gonna do a lot of different things

to help grow.

We have an awesome new curriculum

that we've helped build out

with the wealthy investor team for both

programs so the educational side is going to become a lot more hands-on a lot more

in-depth which is great and then in terms of growing the network we're going to be traveling

the country doing you know you're going to see a lot more of the Berkeley

brothers representing for sure. Yeah so curriculum we got a new curriculum for rookies and all stars. And then another

thing that we're planning on is weekly webinars. So the Bocles are going to have weekly webinars coming out. So every week teaching for free.

Giving value. Teaching people how to find flips, how to transition from being a realtor to an investor.

And a lot of people ask like what's going on with the boot camp?

What happened with the boot camp?

And the best part about it for us is we loved educating the Bokey Brothers boot camp so much.
