| 0:00.0 | Hello my friends and welcome back. It is time for you and I to get our minds aligned with |
| 0:09.3 | the truth of God. And today we are looking at the book of Proverbs chapter 3 verses 9 through |
| 0:16.1 | 10. But before we get there, I want to invite you to send me a quick email and let me know |
| 0:22.3 | a little bit about yourself where you live, how you found the morning mindset, how |
| 0:26.9 | the Lord is working in your life, and also how I can be praying for you. I love to pray |
| 0:32.7 | for listeners. Please send me an email, carry C-A-R-E-Y, at carrygreen, just like the color, |
| 0:40.0 | dot com. I would love to hear from you. Alright, Proverbs 3 verses 9 through 10. This is a short |
| 0:46.4 | little section of the book of Proverbs, but it is packed with wisdom. It says, honor the |

| 1:21.5 | truths contained in a Proverb. But Proverbs are given to us so that we can align our lives |
| 1:27.4 | with what is wise. And that really is what this Proverb is doing. It's telling us how |
| 1:34.3 | to handle finances. Now don't let that word wealth throw you off because you may immediately |
| 1:39.7 | think, well, I'm not wealthy. So this doesn't apply to me. When you see the word wealth |
| 1:44.6 | in Proverbs, it's typically talking about just the goods that you have, the money that |
| 1:50.9 | you've been given, whatever amount it is. Now let's look at what it says. It says, honor |
| 1:56.0 | the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce. Now stop for a |
| 2:02.6 | moment. This was an agrarian culture that this proverb was written to and so many times |
| 2:08.1 | their wealth was gauged in how much produce they had or how many animals they had in their |
| 2:15.2 | flock. And so what it's saying is, when you have goods, whatever they may be, it may |
