Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

So, last night, my wife reminded me after our meditation that St. Francis de Sales said that we got to take care of our stuff.

So I just got done fixing a toilet. And now it's time for the Rosary. So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for, especially for Marie Bauer,

for Cardinal Burke, for the upcoming surgery, for Olivia Caneli, for the healing of

little Damien, and for the passage of the value than both amendment in

Kansas but especially that laws will be passed in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Kansas because each of these states have become

destination states for abortion and abortions have gone through the roof in these states.

Now today's meditation is really a meditation about

delight. We were made for delight and not for sorrow. We were made for joy.

And joy is the response to something experienced is good, and it invites us to delight in that good.

With the first taste of hot black coffee in a warm mug early in the morning, I experienced joy.

And I take delight in its goodness and savor it.

See, God made us to have real joy and pleasure. Now for this meditation,

joy and pleasure mean the same thing. And God is so good that He designed us to have pleasure as a result of doing good things.

I got job well done.

A good conversation with a friend. We're sitting on the beach and watching the sun set and the tide roll in.

But in our fallen human state, we take this great setup by God, and we pervert it, and we seek pleasure, divorced
