Now, I do remember when Biggest Loser came out, it had a chokehold on the nation.

Like, people were so invested in these contestants, in their stories.

Like, I remember it being like must watch TV and it was like the the emotional quotient was always so high on it, especially at the end when they did the reveal of the contestants.

So while I didn't like, I've seen clips and stuff like that, obviously it wasn't like a show that I sat down and like religiously watched like Bachelor back in the day and dancing with the stars I mean I wasn't going to miss episode of that biggest loser wasn't quite the same but I remember it being like just tear-inducing and people crying and they were getting so emotionally invested with these contestants well when a documentary comes out it not, hey, this was a really healthy show. Things were fantastic behind the scenes. It's a documentary on this show, and there's a lot of stuff in it that was shocking. Really? 100% shocking. And I call Dolvette. I text him while I'm watching it. I'm like, dude, you got to come on and talk about this. He's like, have you watched it yet?

How is he not watched a documentary on the show that he was on? I know, right? That's what I'm saying. So he sat down and he did the same thing. He binged the whole thing. And the text message I got back is, oh my God, this is wild. So I said, well, you come on. So he's going to be on with us tomorrow.
