I have said this before here in studio also. The one thing that I'm unsettled with is these guys'

futures, to be honest with you. I know what I'm going to be doing, which is a whole bunch of nothing maybe, right? But I'm unsettled with lining the, and it's not my responsible to line you guys up. It's funny because your retirement plan looks a lot like our lives, a whole lot of nothing after this.

Well, I'm doing the best to try to make sure that that doesn't happen yesterday.

So yesterday, I told you guys I would call around to a couple of my consultant friends that I've known for so long.

And in our industry, the consultants really are the ones that can, that know where all the jobs are.

They work with 30, 40 different radio stations, so they know where the openings are.
