The world's first Harry Styles college course is here and it's happening at Texas State University

next spring.

I have no idea or I have no doubt rather that this will fill up very, very fast.

Well, there is a lot to like dig into on his life, his musical style, his fashion choices.

There's a lot you can dig in on there.

So the course is called Harry Styles and the Cult of Celebrity, Identity, the Internet

and European pop culture.

The professor said it's going to be like a history class, his students will study Harry's

music and movies and create their own podcast.

He actually had to submit a proposal in order for this to get approved by panel professors

for the college because you just can't go into a college and be like, hey, I'm going

to do a course on this.

It actually has to be approved.

So he provided a 23 page proposal and it was approved.

He said as a historian, I want the class to see how the world has changed in the last

12 years and how to put that into historical context through the lens of Harry and how they

can learn from him about his art, activism and philosophy.
