Shaman Des is canceling the rest of his tour in order to continue his mental health break.

He posted, as you guys know, I had to postpone the past few weeks of shows since I wasn't

totally prepared for the toll that being back on the road would take on me.

I started this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due

to the pandemic, but the reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would

be after this time away.

So he said that he spoke with his team and some health professionals and they all came

to the conclusion that it has become more clear.

He just needs to take time.

It's personally so he can ground himself.

He says and come back stronger.

What's that look?

I'm trying to figure out.

I'm, I'm just kind of towing on this topic.

I mean, it's a, it's a really good debate.

It's just like, okay, so a part of me understands completely, like prayers up mental health is

super important and I'm really happy that we are paying more attention to mental health

completely.

The other part of me is like as an entertainer, and sometimes you just not going to feel

it.

Sometimes you just have to still go out there and do your thing.

The show must go on as they used to say.
