Tell me about your high this week. I feel like there's lots of fun stuff to discuss.

My high was my trip to London. It was fantastic.

It looked wonderful.

It was great. It felt so good to travel. It was actually perfect because Rachel was there

for a conference and I was tagging along. So I basically had the full day to myself, but

then I had people, Rachel and then our friend Jess lives in London, to hang out with at night.

So I had fun plans every night. And then during the day, I would just take a 10 mile walk

and wander around places.

That's the best. How was the weather?

The weather was perfect. It was literally everything about it was perfect. It was also nice

to go to London because it's a place I've been many times. So there wasn't this pressure

to do everything, see everything. It's somewhere I've been many times. It's somewhere I'll go
