We are here because OTAs are here, joined by Mitch Tishler. I'm J.P. Finley.

The commanders were back on a practice field in some capacity for the first time since getting ready for the NFC title game.

And Mitch, you can feel the energy in there.

It generally felt like the team was really excited to be back together and running around and doing some drills and just

enjoying the camaraderie, the brotherhood, all the stuff they've built. Yeah, I mean, it was

really cool to be watching football again. I mean, all the rain on Wednesday, they ended up having

to practice in the bubble, which is a little bit of a confined space. A lot of a combined space.

A lot of a combined space. A lot of a combined space.

Especially for 90-man rosters.

However, that bags drill that they do right at the beginning of practice was as

spirited as ever.

You know, we saw last year, Dan Quinn implemented it.

And it's something that kind of gets the juices flowing.

The guys are running around, having fun.

You heard in 7 on 7s, offense defense talking a little trash. It was great. Yeah, it was cool to be out there. Almost perfect detentants, but we'll get to that

in a minute. I think, you know, the biggest takeaways are, honestly, we'll get to it a little later

about what we took from it. But Dan Quinn, dude, he is, he is never about the BS and i thought he really set the tone
