I mean it is a beautiful day it's OTA for these guys this is getting us ready for training camp

I like I like being out in the sun not in the bubble over there like we were last week yeah yeah this is our natural habitat I was saying absolutely

obviously the commander's back on the practice field getting some good work in it was tough

because all those guys uh we you know we were at wednesday's session all those guys talked about how

intense tuesday's session was but clearly still some good work dq talks about how he wants them to be

at a certain speed a certain intensity granted there's no pads and all of that, but you could, you can feel that these sessions

are real.

Yeah, I mean, you see the excitement from the beginning.

Dan Quinn loves that bags drill.

They're still doing it.

Those guys still get excited.

You know, I think there's a lot of airtime and breathtaking talking about Marshawn

Latimore, Laramie Tunsell, Terry McLaurin not being there. But it should be commended that guys like Bobby Wagner, Duran Payne, you know, Kwan, Martin,

some of the more veteran guys that have been around are here.

And we heard Joe Witt talk about some of those guys being guys that they're very impressed

with so far.
