All right Jackson is being smart here man.

He's getting Proactive Jackson, art producer, is the one that is back in one of our offices

with the interns all the time,

knows them better than anybody else,

but what he has been doing with our interns

is at the end of their internship, kind of telling them what they've been doing right what they've been doing right at that point is too late

Jackson knows this so we got a whole new batch a whole new school a whole new what a whole new semester of

intern whole new so every go okay more than one intern is called a semester so

they are in studio now and Jackson is here to get proactive and tell them what to look for what not to look for correct?

Actually, this is a little bit of a different twist so the thing is when it comes to these interns, I get it, it's an intimidating

environment to be in with radio, there's a lot of strong personalities that you interact with

on the day today, and so sometimes it takes a little bit of time for the interns to come out of their shells

okay and so I want to expedite this process and introduced some dreaded ice

breakers because you can really only build chemistry on a staff once everybody knows each other,

and if it's taking them weeks to say anything at all, that's a waste of time.

So what you're saying is this semester of interns is a very different than the previous one where they came into hot

This one's coming into cold exactly and I know in my intro to the's best practices that I did earlier I mentioned not to get

too comfortable too quickly they're just they're not getting too comfortable too quickly

which is a great thing but they're they're really easing their way in here.

And there is a lesson to be learned here not just for interns but anybody at a new job also, right?
