All right, our producer, Jess Romeo has struggled with this decision for a while and he's

done it.

I did it.

Yeah, I mean, how's it been going on?

I mean, I can probably say like two years of me probably like thinking about it since I

have joined you.

The virtue pretty much and it's just, it's always been in my mind where it's just, you

guys know I suffer a lot with anxiety and how to high handle it a lot of times.

And it feels like there's certain times where it gets the best of me where I don't want

to do anything.

I just kind of want to go home, cuddle in my bed and just like lay there and like not

think about anything, not like just, you know, just try to like calm myself down and it's

been a thing where it's, I mean, I've been dealing with this pretty much my entire life.

But for the last two years, it got a little worse.

And then the last couple of weeks, it's just been unbearable.

It's got to be exhausting, man.

Yeah, it's frustrating.

It is crippling.

I would say it is, it's gotten the best of me at times and it gets you.

Sometimes it takes you into, into this mindset that's very dark.

I would say in a, you kind of feel like you're alone a lot of times, you know?
