The Bert show. I walked into the station this morning, rode up with one of our new interns, and then I saw the parade of interns, new interns coming down the hall. Today is a new day and Jackson our producer is back in the room with the interns every single day trying to guide them make the better people That's all I'm trying to do.

I'm just trying to help them out here.

And look, I'm no stranger to being an intern, okay?

I did three internships throughout my time in college,

and now, after working for the show for a little while now I've been

able to see how some of our intern groups have you know kind of been raised up

throughout the show and so I feel like I've picked up on a few things throughout my

personal experience as an intern and also seeing the interns come through here and I

figured it would be beneficial and behoove this new class to hear some of my suggestions of advice for them.

So I've come up with a list of things that I think are important for any

intern whether they're for the birth show or anywhere else to hear.

Just really curious because I didn't really take them in this morning as much as it

was just observing they were in the halls.

Because this is the first day of their internship, are they dressed up?

They are. They all look nice.
