Hey, everyone. We are back and ready to chat. My name is Jeremy Rolloff. I'm Audrey Rolloff.

And this is our new show. These are the days. It's been a little bit. It's been maybe two years

since we've done a podcast. Longer than expected. Yes. So it feels really great to be back.

We love this medium. We love this format. We love this way of communicating,

connecting with you guys. We're really excited. We renamed the show obviously.

And the name just feels super right. We are going to share. Good for our season of life.

Yeah. Good for our season of life. And just good for encompassing the broadness of what

Jeremy and I like to talk about and ramble on about. But we talk a little bit more about why we

named the podcast. These are the days in our first episode of the show, which airs next Wednesday,

October 4th. So if you want to tune into that episode, which if you're listening to this,

hopefully that's you and new episodes will be dropping every Wednesday. Yes. So we switch to

Wednesdays. We're excited about it. We're excited about the new show. And you also need to follow

this show because behind the scenes is no more. So all of our new episodes will live here on

these the days. We are working on getting all of the old episodes transferred over to the new show.

But that's taking a little bit of logistical time. So if you want to get updates on new shows,
