| 1:29.2 | nothing but my hands in the forest. I can make fire with sticks. I could make snares and trap animals. |
| 1:34.6 | I know how to track as well. And I also can make medicines out of medicinal plants. I could forage |
| 1:40.4 | for wild edibles, wild mushrooms. And it was a really great experience. |
| 1:45.0 | And after that experience, I did a couple of years of AmeriCorps, traveling around the country, |
| 1:50.0 | volunteering, immersing myself into different communities. |
| 1:53.0 | And through there, I became a wild and forced firefighter. |
| 1:57.0 | So I did a little wild and forest firefighting after AmeriCorps, and I really loved that, and I made some great connections. |
| 2:05.1 | But I decided after that I wanted to get a four-year college degree in environmental science slash ecology. |
