of it. 98 percent of what's happening with the toaster is the electricity and 2 percent is the

actual metal thing. The electricity is not there. Nothing's working because if you just had a

freaking hot plate and electricity you get the same result. So it's really not the toaster although

it looks like it is. But that something is 2 percent. However, it's like that 2 percent. It's

important. If you don't have the business strategy and skill, then that electricity you can

fff. Right? But what are you plugging in? So we've talked a lot about that other piece but you guys

I love making millions of dollars. I enjoy it so much. I enjoy showing other women like no,

enough's enough because I need women writing checks for this world to get better. I need women's

ideas to get funded. My friend Britt, she raised $100 million in venture capital money this last

year during a pandemic. Let me say it again. She raised $100 million in VC money this year during

a pandemic for women owned businesses because she looked at the data and found that only 13 percent.

Only 13 percent of the big companies in the world are run by women. So where do you think the

checkbooks are being written from? Who's writing the checks? Who's deciding what's getting funded?

Do you think the world would look a little different if every time you had an idea and every time

you saw someone and every time you had an idea for a candidate or every time you had an idea for

something in the world, you could do something about it. Let's go. It's enough. It's got to stop.
