ICE intentionally told U.S. Attorney's Office not to tell the judge that this man was wanted

for murder in the Dominican Republic.

ICE released this statement. An activist judge appointed by Joe Biden released this wanted murderer back into American communities.

Yet another example of an activist judge trying to thwart President Trump's mandate, etc., etc.

Now, when you put them on briefly, did you all of a sudden understand what everyone was going to do at all times and their reasoning? Now that you say it, I did become a complete jerk for like 30 seconds.

That could have been a problem. You need just the effects that are like, you know everything,

about everyone. Yeah, just the good buffs, not the big to D. Also, yeah, not the curses that comes with. You also need the part where you apparently have just unlimited budget to like

do mock trials ahead of time. That was so fun. People already heard a lot of that lot awful movies,

but make sure you hear the whole thing. I keep thinking about it. It's so funny. I love lot awful movies.

Like I just every time it's always like so interesting to me. I hope everyone else enjoys it. No, it's like it's so much fun because I never watch bad stuff and like just to think about it and then like, I wonder what Thomas and Litter are going to think about it. And then we just got on and talk about it. And it's a good time. Very much fun. But you're clear of the cursed glasses that were probably a horrocks of some kind for that for that asshole. So I think that the negative has uh has worn off yeah well what's going on in our world today what are we going to be talking about speaking of negative charisma bad riz uh we've got the mifififristown up in front of the supreme court again i just wanted to explain that a little bit because it's been how i had a lot of twists and turns this is not the same as the miffiffu-Pristone decision famously from a couple of years ago. Oh. It is a whole other thing and it's stupid, obviously, and this isn't going much further, but it is kind of just checking in on the pro-life legal movements fight and which hills they're willing to, I guess, die on would be the way to put that. We got that. We got some bad ice behavior. I always like to cover bad ice behavior just to kind of let you know around the country what they've been up to.

Yep, they still suck.

Still not great.

Still lying to judges, still refusing to participate in things and turn off their records.

So I just wanted to cover a few of those things, so people are aware what ice is getting up to.

And then Alex Murdoch trial was in the news this week for good reason.

This is probably worth a deep dive later, but I just wanted to touch on it. Well, as a criminal defense attorney, I think this is a very good reason to overturn a case.
