Hello, everybody. Welcome in to the Lakersnation.com podcast. I'm Trevor Lane. Media Day has come and gone,

and we learned a lot about the Los Angeles Lakers today. I want to break everything down with

the guy that was in the building at Lakers Media Day, editor extraordinaire. Daniel Stark and Daniel,

thanks so much for jumping on. I'm we've we've even got a game on

Friday I think what this all says is we're back baby let's go that's right you know

Lakers basketball is officially back and I must say like you mentioned I was in the building and

this was probably the most efficient media day the Lakers have run that I've been to so

we're off to a good start here

knock on some wood but i like the way things are going this year they were even ahead of schedule

i had planned our live show to start right when media day started and i jump on and and lucas already

talking i'm like what is the lakers are ahead this never? The Lakers are ahead. This never happens.

The Laker literally never. Yeah, literally never happens. So, but that was, it was great seeing how

efficient. What was the, I wanted on this show, we're going to get into each player, what we were

taking away from what they said, maybe not every player, but the main takeaways is what we're

going to focus on for this show, what we learned from Media Day? But before we even get into the nitty gritty, what was the vibe like in the building? You know how sometimes each season you kind of tell the vibe around the team right now? What did what did you feel like being there in the building? Yeah, I thought it was a good vibe. I mean, there's not like too much to see.

Like there's there's a bunch of different stations where guys are taking pictures, recording this, recording that, and they're all kind of blocked off.

So we only really see the players when they come and speak to the media.

But from what I saw, it was a good vibe, you know, compared to years past when like some guys are injured, some guys are maybe not happy.

There's trade talks going on.

Like there was none of that.

So it was good.

And to me, like it started with LeBron just because he was kind of the biggest question mark going into media day.
