I'm Elaria.

And I'm Daphne.

And today we are talking with Sarah Haynes, who is amazing because she is so open and real and you know that I feel like that's something that is becoming more and more common than people are feeling, you know, empowered to step forward

and not being so embarrassed about different struggles that we go through.

You know, she opens up about her postpartum and she opens up about her feelings of guilt with her

children and how she is coping with that. I love that she's gone on to now have

two more children than her first and I think that know, she's just a really great role model.

And she, you know, so you're gonna laugh, you're gonna cry,

you're gonna say, hmm, during this. I mean mean there's a lot of different we get a little

kooky but but no I think you're I think you're going to really really enjoy

this is a real conversation between moms I think think we go really deep on some of the

parts of motherhood that can be most challenging. We want to be on filter.

We want to be unfiltered. We want to be supportive of each other and I think we

also talk about some of the most fun parts

And it's just raw and funny and real and I think you guys are gonna get a real kick out of hearing

Sarah and her wise take and authentic take on motherhood.
