She's the founder of Rockets of Awesome.

Most recently, we'll talk about all of her other

But she, most importantly, is a dear friend

and mother to two adorable kids and she's here to

talk about entrepreneurship. Both she and her husband are amazing entrepreneurs, how they foster

that in their children, how they get over any sort of need for type A personality, anxiety,

control, and how they have a lot of fun along the way.

And I love her because she does seem, as you point out,

she does seem so organized, but she also does feel

her way through life.

Like she's such an interesting, almost mathematical mind,

but super artistic at the same time and it's really fun to

watch her self-confidence and how she's bringing that into parenting and

okay with being wrong, okay with losing lots of diamonds, I don't want to say okay with it but like I'm not
