What would it feel like to be free?

To go and come as you please, to have more money than you could ever spend, to use every

minute of every day the way you want.

This feeling of freedom is presence.

Sit here for a moment with me and know this presence, this I am that you are, this

I am that I am without the words I am.

Stay with that wordless feeling.

The freedom you're seeking is here now as this presence.

It doesn't have to get free because it already always has been, it's never been bound.

This presence knows no lack or limitation.

And so living as this, aware of this, aware as this, your life begins to feel like this.

It begins to reflect this.

It first changes you and then it changes everything around you.

But those changes can't come until you sit as this, until you be this.

Every desire you have is a desire for this.

Let them down and trace them back, freedom is at the source.

And once you recognize that you are free, you will be.

Once you recognize that you are love, you will experience love out here.

Every time you notice that you're wanting something, pause and say, I don't want that.

I want the awareness of God.

I want to remember freedom and then when you remember, you're free.

And then you trust it long enough through the buffering period.
