week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement and I am just so glad

Hi my friends, it's Sally Clarkson and I am so very glad that you joined me today. Thank

you so much for, oh my goodness, the sharing, amazing comments, encouragement that you give

to me. I pray for you all. I read the messages that you send and I consider it such a privilege

to share in this space with you. And today I can hardly say how important our 24 family

way number 23 is. We're almost through and I hope you've liked it. Today is we exercise

self control at all times and in every kind of situation. Oh my goodness, if you can just

learn this yourself and teach it to your children, there's a proverb that talks about better

as a man who holds his tongue than one who takes a whole city, kept by capture or captive.

And the whole fruit of God's spirit to give a self control, that means ruling over your

impulses, ruling over your impulse to talk too much, to be angry, to eat too much, to

make poor decisions because you're feeling exhausted. That whole area of self control

and we'll talk about self government today is profoundly important because if you believe

that God cares deeply, that we learn obedience, that we live by faith, that we take risks

of investing for his kingdom, that we understand spiritual warfare, that you know that every

person you ever meet in your whole life is going to be sinful and that life is unfair.

If you can know those things and still walk in the power of the spirit with self control,

oh my goodness, you are an amazing person. And again, as we get to these last 24 family

ways, there are ways that really help all of us become stronger and become more adequate
